SHIPPING

We, at Pink musket, want your purchase experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. 

USA SHIPPING

We ship to US domestic addresses via UPS or USPS.

We do not ship to PO boxes. 

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing orders.  All orders more than $1,000 USD (retail value, not including state taxes) require a signature to be delivered.

CANADA SHIPPING

Delivery options for Canada orders are displayed at check-out and may be subject to import duties.  Please note that Pink musket is not responsible for, and will not reimburse any import duties and/or taxes.

RETURNS

We accept returns for either a refund in the original form of payment, or an exchange for a different size.  Please create a request for a return within 14 days of delivery date.  All returns must be shipped back to our studio within 7 days of the request approval.

- Items must be returned in new & unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

- We cannot offer a refund on items that have been worn or used.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

- Pink musket reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without the return authorization.
