Remember when Joe Biden famously called “Where’s Jackie” to summon Indiana Congresswoman Jackie Walorski to speak at a conference?  Unfortunately, Walorski had just died weeks earlier.  We decided to acknowledge Biden’s declining mental faculties by turning him into a Vegetable soup can.
